Since 1974, hands in the dough
Trattoria Laguna has been open since 1974, and naturally leavened dough is our stubborn streak — it matures slowly, then goes into the oven, by the paddle or by the metre. Copper pots hang around the room, and from the terrace on Via Pordelio you look out over the lagoon.
